Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a privately owned practice in Wisconsin. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a compensation range of $20-25 per hour based on experience, and generous PTO/holidays, with a 32-36 hour schedule over four days (no weekends).

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, assisting the doctor, handling radiographs, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining OSHA/HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), etc.

• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Schedule: We are looking for a full-time employee working 32-36 hours a week. You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS! The office is open from Monday - Thursday from 8-5 PM and Fridays from 7-2 PM.
