Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a Dental Assistant to help patients daily in a privately owned practice that puts the patient first. You will welcome patients, assist the doctor, maintain a clean, safe treatment area, and keep labs and supplies organized.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, e.g., Radiology Certification, CPR, RDA or RDAEF.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

General Overview

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 630am-430pm
• Friday: 6:30am-3:30pm
• 30-60 min lunch depending on patient schedule
