Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dental Assistant.
In this role, the successful candidate will assist the dentist in all modalities of dentistry, including operatory, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Practice four-handed dentistry. The assistant also ensures standards of care related to infection control; all OSHA guidelines and safety protocols are upheld. Responsibilities include exposing, developing, and mounting radiographs, setting trays, preparing the room before patient arrival and after discharge, ensuring patient comfort, sterilizing handpieces, transporting instruments for sterilization, identifying inoperable equipment, performing light lab work, documenting patient records as dictated, and complying with all departmental policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
At least 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
