Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills required.
• EPIC WISDOM experience is required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Immunizations up-to-date prior to employment.

• Handle a large volume of inbound dental calls and texts promptly.
• Register, schedule, reschedule, or cancel dental appointments across multiple sites.
• Coordinate dental appointments within the PHS network, with focus on dental services.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and document notes accurately.
