Job summary

MAK Technologies, Inc. in Orlando seeks a Technical Sales Support professional to assist with technical implementation and demo development for the Simulator Solutions Division.

You will support customer presentations and conferences, including travel, and work closely with the BD team on solutioning from first demonstration through implementation. This role fits someone who enjoys learning complex software, explaining technical concepts clearly, and collaborating with customers and internal

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work semi-independently while collaborating with other teams.
• General understanding of computer networking, software applications, software troubleshooting, and technical support workflows.
• Must be eligible for a Secret clearance.
• Basic programming or scripting experience, such as Python, Lua, or similar language.
• General understanding of software APIs and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in technical implementation and demo development for MAK’s Simulator Solutions Division.
• Support customer presentations and conferences, including travel.
• Collaborate with the BD team on solutioning and ensuring successful demonstrations through implementation and ongoing support.
• Explain complex software concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
