Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Demo Site Manager to own strategy, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our demo environments, ensuring they are realistic, reliable, and aligned with go-to-market needs.

You will partner with Product, Tools, IT, and Solutions Consulting leadership to ensure demo readiness for launches, manage uptime and health, and develop reusable scripts and assets for storytelling across the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Demo Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and demo workflows.
• Technical fluency in Rippling’s or comparable HRIS/Payroll/IT platforms.
• Proficient with Jira, Slack, and data/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and demo storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Demo Environment Management: oversee day-to-day operations, incidents, and health of all demo environments.
• Maintain visibility into environment uptime, stability, and performance.
• Own configuration, cleanup, and optimization of managed demo sites.
• Create new managed demo sites based on industry & global needs.
• Partner with IT and R&D to explore improved infrastructure (e.g., environment resets, automation).
• Collaborate with Product GTM and Engineering to ensure new features are integrated and stable in demo environments.
• Manage demo readiness for new product launches—scripts, click paths, seeding, and training documentation.
• Represent SC and GTM needs in product planning and top product discussions.
• Build deep relationships with engineering and use project management to ensure timely fixes.
• Design and maintain industry-specific and persona-based demo environments.
• Support custom builds for large deals, events, and global selling motions.
• Develop reusable demo scripts and assets to standardize storytelling across the field.
• Demo Site Support & Incident Response: escalate issues via Jira, communicate known issues and resolutions.
• Reporting & Data Insights: track demo site usage, health trends, and issue resolution rates; deliver monthly business reviews with metrics.
• Security & Access Management: manage access control and data hygiene across shared environments.
• Communication & Enablement: publish demo updates and document best practices.
