Brookdale is seeking a caregiver to join our Dallas, TX community and deliver dementia care aligned with each resident’s life story and care plan. You will support daily activities, meals, and meaningful engagement while upholding residents' dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia, particularly Alzheimer’s type.

Responsibilities

• Provides dementia care following a person-centered service plan and promotes independence.
• Assists residents with daily living activities and observes changes in condition.
• Participates in team discussions and contributes to care planning.
• Maintains accurate resident records and documents changes in health or behavior.
• Ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for residents.
