Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia and basic caregiving skills.
• Ability to follow state regulations for medications and care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meal service and hydration while respecting resident autonomy.
• Record daily notes, changes in condition, and care plan updates.
• Encourage social engagement and follow person-centered activity plans.
