Brookdale Dublin is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide dementia care in a supportive, resident-centered community. You’ll help residents with daily living activities, encourage independence, and participate in person-centered care planning, while upholding Brookdale’s standards of dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, documenting changes, and collaborating with a care team to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 months related dementia care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's type.
• May need current state certification to maintain qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides dementia care including ADL support and meaningful engagement following a person-centered service plan.
• Treats residents with respect and dignity; encourages independence.
• Maintains accurate daily records and reports changes in residents' condition.
