Job summary

Brookdale is hiring a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support person-centered dementia programs and resident activities in our Overland Park community. You will assist the Program Manager or Coordinator in planning engaging activities that align with residents’ routines and preferences, while promoting independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include documenting plans, coordinating events, and guiding staff on engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and implementing a calendar of person-centered dementia programs.
• Support documentation and review of resident service plans.
• Ensure programs meet Brookdale standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in special events at the community.
• Provide guidance to associates on programming and engagement.
