Job summary

Brookdale in Tucson, AZ seeks a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support dementia-centered activities and resident engagement. You will help plan, implement, and adapt programs that enhance quality of life for residents with dementia in a caring, respectful environment.

The role requires collaboration with the Program Manager and caregivers to ensure safety and compliance while fostering meaningful connections with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a current 3-year driving abstract with no more than one moving violation.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading person-centered dementia programming and engagement for residents.
• Review and document resident service plans and program activities.
• Ensure programs comply with state/federal regulations and Brookdale standards.
• Coordinate events and engage residents and families in activities.
