Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in planning systems; experience with IBP/S&OP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and continuously improve high-quality demand forecasts using historical data.
• Lead cross-category consolidation and enterprise analysis for planning.
• Coach, mentor, and train Demand Planners; support capability development.
