Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to lead the demand planning capability within Supply Chain Planning. This leader will manage a team responsible for developing and continuously improving demand plans across the existing customer business segments.

The role focuses on combining planning fundamentals with data, technology, and automation to forecast accurately and reduce manual planning, while partnering with multiple teams to enable intelligent forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years cross-functional experience.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for demand planning across Launch, KTLO, and Programs.
• Own end-to-end demand planning mechanism, including forecast creation, validation, consensus, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Translate signals into credible forward-looking demand plans at product, geographic, and time horizons.
• Define and improve forecast accuracy, bias, and forecast value-add metrics.
• Partner with Product, Data, Analytics, and Technology teams to automate forecast ingestion and workflows.
• Advance use of statistical forecasting, ML, and AI to improve forecast quality.
