Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to plan capacity by turning demand forecasts into capacity plans across North America. You will work with planning teams across Retail to optimize how our network performs and ensure the right resources are in place to meet customer demand.

You will own demand forecasting, monitor forecast accuracy, and drive improvements in forecasting tools and processes while collaborating with technology and data science teams to enhance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs; SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and translate into capacity plans.
• Collaborate with retail planning and technology teams to align capacity requirements.
• Monitor forecast flow through planning systems and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Communicate forecast insights and capacity recommendations to leadership in regular reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and capacity planning across the network.
• Publish a 13-week demand plan weekly.
