Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end demand planning processes for core devices with AI tools.
Forecast new product launches and manage phase-in/phase-out.
Lead demand planning, pricing, promotions, in-stock/retailer demand, and supply planning.
Own and communicate the global demand plan to stakeholders.
Improve key metrics such as MAPe / S&OP performance indicators.
Support S&OP implementation with reporting and monthly meetings.
