Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on ROAS growth and pipeline metrics, while maintaining close collaboration with US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
