Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative during client discussions, acting as the strategic voice of the team.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; oversee bidding, testing, and conversion tracking, and deliver 90-day roadmaps. The role emphasizes growth through retention and upsell in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads with direct campaign ownership.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients within an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and optimization decisions.
• Set up and trust GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels for conversion tracking and reporting.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain metrics on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
