Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, allocate budgets, and tell the client story with results during calls.

You bring at least 3 years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvement, and the ability to juggle multiple clients in an agency setting while engaging US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and decide when to kill a campaign.
• Own conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Search Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
