Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative on why campaigns succeed.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and lead conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager on live client calls. This is a full-time remote role with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Demand Generation Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
