Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Demand Generation Analyst for its Mid-Market organization to drive insights across the demand funnel. You will analyze performance from first touch through routing and handoff, identify leakage, and ensure leads are tracked and acted upon.

The role partners with B2B Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Sales to diagnose issues, measure campaign impact, and translate findings into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing analytics, demand gen analytics, revenue operations, or similar.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand funnels and lead handoff processes.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua).

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end demand generation funnel from lead creation through routing and outcomes.
• Identify leakage and quantify business impact of gaps in process or data.
• Ensure leads are correctly assigned, tracked, and followed through to resolution.
• Develop dashboards showing funnel health, conversion, velocity, and outcomes.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Sales to diagnose issues and recommend actions.
• Analyze trends to surface risks, opportunities, and shifts in lead behavior.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready insights for prioritization.
• Support experiments by measuring impact of campaigns and routing changes.
