Wellfit is seeking a creative, commercially minded Demand Generation & Marketing Content Manager to own content marketing, organic social, and integrated campaigns. You will build a repeatable engine to generate qualified customer interest and collaborate with Sales, Product, and leadership to translate market needs into measurable opportunities.

The role combines hands-on content creation with strategy, requiring independent prioritization and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development capabilities
• Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and execution

Responsibilities

• Own Wellfit's content marketing, organic social presence, integrated campaigns, website messaging, and collateral.
• Develop and execute multichannel demand generation programs to create awareness and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales to align on ICPs, personas, and lead quality; track campaign performance.
