Job summary

Wellness Coach in the United States is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to scale demand from HR and benefits leaders. You will own lead generation, referrals, and in‑house AI‑driven campaigns, reporting to the CEO and building the marketing, website and events function.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B SaaS growth, HR‑tech experience, HubSpot expertise, and hands‑on campaign management. You’ll lead a small team and drive strategy across paid, inbound, partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience marketing to HR/benefits or total-rewards buyers.
• AI-native execution: campaigns, copy, sequences and analysis.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn and Google Ads and outbound programs.
• HubSpot automation, segmentation, reporting and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Scale HR-direct demand with LinkedIn/Google Ads and content for booked demos.
• Grow referrals through a structured program with partners and customers.
• Own lead generation; run in-house AI-driven campaigns.
• Lead HubSpot usage: segmentation, lifecycle stages, scoring, nurture and attribution.
• Manage the marketing, website and events team and set priorities.
• Support partnerships: events, webinars, co-marketing and broker materials.
• Track pipeline and cost per qualified demo by channel.
