Job summary

Wellfit Technologies is seeking a Marketing Content & Demand Generation Specialist to craft content and campaigns that move dental/healthcare buyers toward conversations with Sales. The role blends writing, digital campaigns, and asset creation across channels in a hybrid Dallas-based setting.

You’ll partner with Sales and Product, turning ideas into blog posts, LinkedIn campaigns, and collateral, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a related discipline.
• Strong writing skills across long- and short-form content.
• Experience developing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, and digital channels.
• Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how content moves awareness to engagement.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare/fintech concepts into clear stories.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation and top‑of‑funnel marketing to generate awareness, engagement, leads, and opportunities.
• Create content and campaigns for dental/healthcare audiences and other decision‑makers.
• Develop top‑of‑funnel programs and nurture sequences with Sales collaboration.
• Build and manage content across blog, social, emails, landing pages, and collateral.
• Translate complex healthcare/fintech topics into clear messaging and content across buyer journeys.
• Experiment with AI tools to accelerate concepts, writing, and campaign development.
