Wellfit in Dallas is seeking a Marketing Content & Demand Generation Specialist to own day-to-day marketing execution across content, social media, sales enablement, website content, campaigns, and top-of-funnel demand generation.

You will turn ideas into compelling content, campaigns, and assets that attract the right audience and help move prospective customers toward a conversation with Sales, including blogs, LinkedIn campaigns, and AI-powered experiments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, content marketing, or demand gen.
• Proven ability to create content that supports lead generation.
• Excellent writing skills across long-form and short-form content.
• Experience developing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, web.
• Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and conversion.
• Translate healthcare/fintech concepts into clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day marketing execution across content, social, and campaigns.
• Create blog content, campaigns, emails, and landing pages.
• Translate complex healthcare/fintech concepts into clear messaging.
• Manage Wellfit's social presence and posting cadence.
• Support website content, SEO, and conversion opportunities.
• Experiment with AI-enabled marketing approaches to speed delivery.
