Job summary

Glia is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive demand generation through webinars, virtual events, and paid online advertising. You will own end‑to‑end webinar production, multi‑channel promotion, and post‑event activation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will manage campaigns, optimize ROI, and leverage tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Ads, and Zoom to accelerate lead generation. SaaS or banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B marketing programs and demand generation, SaaS and/or banking experience a plus.
• Proven webinar programs ownership from platform setup to live production.
• Hands-on experience setting up, tracking, and optimizing campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong project management with ability to juggle multiple event timelines.
• Collaborative communicator with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Tech‑savvy with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, Asana, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Lead webinar and virtual event strategy, production, and promotion programs end‑to‑end.
• Manage paid online advertising campaigns and optimize CPL/CPA with an outside agency.
• Oversee content syndication and distribution for whitepapers, ebooks, and webinars.
• Drive post‑event activation and repurpose recordings into evergreen assets.
