Celigo is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the demand generation engine, including webinars, demo requests, and lead routing. You will work inside HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accurate data and timely campaigns, reporting on performance and optimizing processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on marketing automation, QA, and cross-functional collaboration with SDRs, demand, and revenue operations. A remote-first environment and competitive compensation are offered.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in marketing operations or campaign operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required (workflows, forms, lists, landing pages, emails).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and the HubSpot–Salesforce sync.
• Experience running a webinar program on Sequel, Goldcast, Zoom Webinars or similar.

Mansioni

• Webinar and virtual event operations from end to end, including registration pages and lead processing.
• Own demo request path end to end, including forms, landing pages, scheduling flows.
• Manage lead routing, lifecycle, and MQL handoff, QA routing and syncs.
• Build and QA campaign assets: emails, forms, landing pages, lists, workflows.
• Create dashboards and ad hoc reports; flag anomalies in volumes and conversions.
