Job summary

Glia is a leading Banking AI platform transforming how community and regional banks engage customers. We seek a Digital Marketing Manager to own our webinar program, manage paid online advertising, and drive content syndication to generate qualified leads across the funnel.

You will orchestrate end-to-end webinar production, optimize campaigns in LinkedIn/Google Ads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate demand. This role offers growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing programs and demand generation, SaaS and/or banking experience is a plus.
• Proven webinar experience: owning and running end-to-end webinar programs from platform set-up to live production.
• Hands-on experience setting up, tracking, and optimizing campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management and the ability to manage multiple event timelines.
• Execution-minded problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and handles logistics end-to-end.
• Collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal and written skills for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity across Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, Asana, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Webinar & Virtual Event Leadership: Plan, schedule, and execute a high-performing webinar schedule to attract engagement from prospects and customers.
• End-to-End Production: Manage all pre- and post-production logistics, including landing pages, speaker prep, rehearsals, tech checks, live moderation, and Q&A.
• Promotion & Audience Acquisition: Build multi-channel strategies (email cadences, paid social, internal promo) to maximize attendance and on-demand views.
• Post-Event Activation: Lead post-webinar follow-up workflows and repurpose recordings into evergreen assets.
