Safety Mojo is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the plan, budget, and full-funnel reporting as we target a 3x pipeline growth and revenue.

You will translate our messaging framework into always-on programs, lead ABM for named construction and oil & gas accounts, and partner with Sales to optimize CAC and payback.

The role requires 4–6 years in B2B SaaS growth, startup scaling experience, and strong funnel math, with hands-on execution across channels.

Formación

• 4–6 years in demand generation/growth marketing at B2B SaaS.
• Startup experience scaling pipeline (under $10M ARR).
• Fluency across paid media, content/SEO, and marketing ops.
• Strong command of funnel metrics and presenting to executives.
• Nice to have experience with field + corporate buyers in industrial sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Own demand gen plan to 3x pipeline and revenue.
• Lead ABM for named construction and oil & gas accounts with Sales.
• Oversee webinars, trade shows, and partner/co-marketing programs.
• Own website performance, landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
