Safety Mojo is seeking a Demand Generation Manager in Sandy, Utah to build a scalable demand engine and 3x pipeline growth. You’ll own budgets, channel mix, and reporting, partnering with the CRO and Sales to optimize CAC/payback.

Bring 4–6 years of B2B SaaS demand gen, ABM execution, and strong funnel math. You’ll manage campaigns, webinars, events, and web experiences to drive predictable pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in demand generation/growth marketing at B2B SaaS.
• Experience scaling pipeline at a startup under $10M ARR.
• Fluency across paid, content/SEO, and marketing ops/lifecycle.
• Strong command of funnel math (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).

Responsibilities

• Build and own the demand gen plan to 3x pipeline/revenue by channel and stage.
• Own ABM/target account strategy with Sales for named accounts.
• Oversee webinars, trade shows and partner/co-marketing efforts.
• Own website conversion metrics and landing page optimization.
