SubRosa, a cybersecurity company based in Beachwood near Cleveland, is hiring its first Demand Generation Manager to own strategy and execution across channels, from first touch through to trial signup. You will be measured on pipeline, not activity, and report directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on demand generation
• Track record of hitting pipeline targets with measurable results
• Experience running email and paid campaigns end-to-end
• Experience designing landing pages for conversion
• CRM and marketing automation, e.g., HubSpot, with web analytics

Responsibilities

• Plan and run multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media and organic search
• Build and segment target audiences; keep marketing data clean
• Own landing pages and conversion performance; work with dev team to improve
• Create and manage content/assets for campaigns
• Collaborate with sales to ensure quick lead follow-up and smooth handoff
• Manage budgets across paid channels; allocate spend by results
• Track, report and act on performance with weekly reporting
