Job summary

Herd Security is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to own the engine that drives our pipeline from first touch through qualified opportunities. You will build and scale multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO/content, email nurture, webinars, events, and partnerships.

This hands-on leadership role lets you set the strategy and execute it in the early days, partnering with the founders and sales to align marketing spend with revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full demand generation funnel, from awareness through marketing-qualified pipeline
• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO/content, email nurture, webinars, events, and partnerships
• Develop and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics tooling)
• Create and execute ABM programs targeting mid-market and enterprise security teams
• Analyze campaign performance rigorously (CAC, pipeline velocity, conversion rates) and reallocate spend based on what's working
• Collaborate with content and product marketing to produce assets that convert (landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, ad creative)
• Partner with sales to ensure tight lead handoff, feedback loops, and shared pipeline goals
