Job summary

BoostSecurity is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Leader who will own the marketing-sourced pipeline and run the demand engine from the ground up. You will partner with the founder/CEO to shape positioning, messaging and spend across programs while driving adoption and measurable pipeline growth.

You will build campaigns from free tools to enterprise opportunities, work with research teams, and manage external partners as we scale. The role combines strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Must prove ownership of a pipeline target and the numbers moved.
• Hands-on with common SEO and analytics tools and CMS experience.
• Clear viewpoint on AI-driven search and credible evidence-based marketing.
• Experience in early-stage cybersecurity marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number and report weekly with sales.
• Build and run the demand plan across paid search, social, ABM, SEO, webinars, email, and events.
• Turn security research content into campaigns that generate first meetings.
• Create a path from tool usage to qualified sales conversations with SDRs and sales.
• Run field and event programs at relevant security conferences.
• Collaborate with the CEO on positioning and messaging to tell a single story.
• Set up measurement linking spend to pipeline, velocity, and CAC.
• Hire and manage contractors, agencies, and future team members.
