Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Demand Generation leader to coach a team of DGRs and build high-quality top-of-funnel opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional partners across sales, marketing, and technical teams.

You will drive strategic efforts to accelerate customer adoption of AWS services, expand into new markets, and mentor early career talent to exceed quarterly KPIs and grow sales acumen within the AWS Global Sales organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience in leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or other related fields.

Responsibilities

Manage team in building top of funnel pipeline through effective prospecting and scheduling meetings.
Identify internal/external challenges and build scalable mechanisms for the team.
Oversee coaching and enablement to develop early career talent and leadership skills.
Be the trusted advisor to regional/segment sales leaders through monthly reviews.
Manage team to weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and goals (outbound calls, meetings, opportunity creation, lead follow-up).
Grow technical acumen including GenAI tools and understanding customer business issues.
Contribute to DG-wide initiatives such as culture-building and tool piloting.
