Job summary
Netskope is seeking a Digital Experience Management Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our DEM platform and prospective customers. You will diagnose complex performance issues and design solutions that help enterprises ensure a seamless digital experience for employees and customers.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant roles, preferably in DEM/APM/NPM sectors.
- Strong track record of diagnosing performance issues and delivering value through POV engagements.
- Experience with zero-trust networking, enterprise cloud connectivity, and hybrid architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical deep-dives to understand a prospect's digital ecosystem and latency issues.
- Architect DEM strategies to close performance visibility gaps and provide actionable data.
- Deliver high-impact DEM demonstrations translating metrics into ROI for executives.
- Manage end-to-end POV engagements, guiding customers through deployment and validation.
- Liaise with Product Management to influence the roadmap based on market needs.
