Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Digital Experience Management Solutions Engineer to bridge our DEM platform with prospective customers, diagnosing performance issues and designing scalable solutions for seamless digital experiences.

You will partner with Account Executives in sales cycles, proving the value of telemetry and analytics through technical discovery and POV engagements. A strong background in DEM/APM/NPM and cloud architectures is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role, preferably in DEM/APM/NPM.
• MTTR reduction track record proving fault cause across multiple components.
• Hybrid & Cloud architecture experience with zero-trust access, split-tunnel, and cloud connections.
• The Troubleshooter who finds needle-in-haystack issues in complex systems.
• The Storyteller who communicates latency and ROI impacts to executives.
• The Adaptable Peer thriving in a fast-paced, evolving tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dives to understand a prospect’s digital ecosystem including network bottlenecks and application latency.
• Architect DEM strategies to remove visibility gaps and provide actionable data.
• Deliver high-impact demonstrations translating DEM value proposition.
• Manage end-to-end POV engagements, deploying and configuring the DEM solution per success criteria.
• Liaise between field and Product Management to influence the roadmap based on market needs.
