The role involves supporting growers in adopting technology to improve irrigation practices and crop production. Ideal candidates should have a strong agricultural background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel within the region. This position aims to enhance sustainability outcomes through data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in agtech implementation.
• Background in agricultural engineering or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Support and train growers on Arable's field intelligence tools.
• Be the on-the-ground expert for agriculture in The Delta.
• Customize solutions based on each grower's needs and goals.
• Build long-term relationships with growers and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction across the customer base.

Skills

Deep familiarity with agriculture in Mississippi’s Delta region

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience in irrigation management

Experience in crop production

Ability to travel frequently

Problem-solving mindset

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field
