What you’ll achieve

You will get to be part of the Dell Digital team looking to change the way we do business, with a focus on driving customer and business value and delivering products in a faster more efficient way. You will be part of the team which will be responsible to re-define the customer experience across all Dell websites.
You will:

• Support the Commercial Purchase design team to support the goals and objectives of Global eCommerce Experience.
• Actively plan and facilitate product strategy, experience mapping, research, design workshops and meetings to act on behavioral evidence.
• Eloquently present objective rationale to partners for design decisions.
• Lead strategy and execution on one large or small many Products by using effective design practices to drive quantifiable business outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Design layouts, key interactions and contribute components to the Live Style Guide (Figma and Adobe XD).
• Collaborate in stand-ups, retros, and working sessions.
• Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions and present to stakeholders.
• Daily pairing with Engineers, Product Owners, business partners.
• Knowledgeable in data-driven design and human-centered design and able to apply empathy-first and a yes, and.. mindset to get stuff done.

Desirable Requirements

• Experienced, at least 8+ years, in consumer and enterprise level digital product design.
• Experienced at defining problems and objectives through data, research, and understanding of customers, and letting those objectives inform elegant, practical solutions, and an exemplar of excellent communication, facilitation, coordination and organization skills.

Qualified candidates must include an online or PDF portfolio with their application.
