Job summary

Spotlight is a Kansas City–based firm seeking a Delivery Team Intern to gain an inside view of how our programs operate, spanning Analyst Relations, Customer Engagement, B2B Influencer Relations, and Research & Intelligence.

You’ll contribute to real deliverables, learn client-facing processes, and collaborate across teams, with the option to continue part-time or full-time after the program ends. This in-office internship in Kansas City, MO runs June 2–August 6, 2027, ~40 hours per week.
