Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and delivery teams while ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience.

This role requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Newark, NJ with a 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer and delivery-related issues.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide appropriate updates.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.
• Process changes, updates, and cancellations to delivery orders.
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate information and documentation throughout the customer interaction.
