Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in delivery support or supply chain operations; 7+ preferred.
• 2+ years of people management; 3+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, launch, stabilization, and ongoing management of the delivery support operation.
• Oversee inbound/outbound support for rescheduling, status updates, and exceptions.
• Coordinate with supply chain, inventory, warehouse, transportation and IT to resolve issues.
