Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Service Representative for onsite work in Fife, WA. This 6-month contract role offers a pay rate up to $18.50 per hour and requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to support customers, partners, and drivers throughout the delivery experience.

The successful candidate will handle inquiries by phone and email, coordinate delivery information, and monitor routes to ensure commitments are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate information while managing multiple customer needs.
