Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a delivery fleet leader to oversee daily driver routing, supervise delivery teams and ensure safety standards are met. The role emphasizes coaching, performance development and cross-functional communication with service centers and showrooms.

The position requires several years of management in retail distribution, familiarity with DOT regulations, strong analytical skills and proficient computer use.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Four years of management experience in a retail distribution environment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, preferred.
• Ability to assess truck volume allotment to accurately cubic a truck.
• Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail are required.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
• Must have professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
