Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a skilled operations leader at York CSC-CPEN to oversee delivery crews and warehouse teams, drive safety, and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating with service centers and showrooms, enforcing policies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining energy and teamwork. Excellent benefits accompany this role, including health plans and a 401(k) match.
