Amazon LLC is seeking a Senior Station Leader for the Shepherdsville, KY area to oversee delivery station operations, safety, quality and customer experience. You will lead and develop a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers to meet objectives and drive continuous improvement.

In this role you will manage DSP relationships, present metrics to senior leadership, and build leadership bench strength across the site while coordinating with partners to deliver on aggressive growth and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics or related field.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing and employment actions.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
• Experience managing contingent workforce and third-party resources.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
• Lead station team, set expectations, measure performance and develop staff.
• Manage DSP relationships and 24/7 operations.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership.
• Develop talent plans including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
• Leverage managers to drive improvement plans and cross-department collaboration.
