Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Station Leader for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station in Shepherdsville, KY.

You will direct budget, people development, and operations objectives, leading a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers to meet performance targets. The role requires 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics or related fields, with a strong emphasis on lean process improvements, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with partners such as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience leading large teams in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
Strong analytical capability with data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
Drive the station vision and lean initiatives to meet or exceed business plans.
Set expectations for Operations, Area and Shift Managers; measure performance and hold teams accountable.
Manage relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
Present operational metrics to senior leadership and lead talent development and succession planning.
