Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sr. Station Leader for the Amazon Logistics Delivery Station.

You will oversee budget, people development and day-to-day operations, leading a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers to meet performance objectives. You will drive safety, quality and customer experience, build leadership bench strength, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to secure resources for initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 7+ years direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and lean techniques.
• Experience managing a salaried, hourly and agency workforce.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
• Drives vision for station team and creates quality initiatives and lean improvements to meet business plan.
• Hires and develops top talent; creates a talent plan including acquisition, performance and career management.
• Leverages managers to source ideas and create improvement plans for the functional area.
• Works with partners across Transport, DSP Management, Finance, HR, IT and Engineering to secure resources for projects.
