Job summary

You will lead a team of Ops, Area and Shift Managers, drive lean initiatives, and collaborate with DSP partners to meet business goals. The role requires 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics or related fields, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing including hiring and performance management.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and local language).
• Experience managing third-party resources regionally/nationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for delivery station operations.
• Lead vision for station team and drive quality initiatives and lean improvements.
• Identify gaps between performance and goals and implement corrective actions.
• Set expectations for Ops, Area and Shift Managers and measure their performance.
• Manage 24/7 delivery operations and relationships with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and drive data-informed decisions.
• Hire and develop top talent; implement a talent plan including acquisition, development and engagement.
• Collaborate with partners to secure resources for projects and initiatives.
