Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale technical leadership across multiple use cases in top accounts. You will collaborate with sales, field engineering, and professional services to accelerate adoption of Databricks workloads and maximise customer value.

You will engage with executives and engineers, design strategic roadmaps, and ensure successful go-live and long-term health of deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI.
• 2+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Experience with distributed data systems and data platforms.
• Ability to translate business value into technical outcomes.
• Strong track record of delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Serve as the primary technical lead across Databricks products in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, PS, and engineering to onboard, enable, and drive adoption of workloads.
• Provide updates and KPI reporting on usage, health, and investment to leadership.
• Escalate and resolve critical issues involving senior customer executives.
• Develop production adoption plans and coordinate with Professional Services.
