Job summary

WinsAbove is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to enhance the adoption of the Databricks platform across customers. This role requires a blend of technical and commercial skills, responsible for leading customers through implementation plans and ensuring success in use cases.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery, proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala, and the ability to manage relationships at multiple organizational levels. You will report directly to a DSA Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery in Data and AI.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or customer success role.
• Ability to conduct open-ended discovery workshops.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand.
• Lead technical account strategy and execution plan.
• Provide updates and KPI reporting on usage and customer health.
