Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and schedule deliveries and customer pickups, as needed.
• Scheduling deliveries using the Logistical Scheduling Screen.
• Maintain acceptable delivery volumes to promote efficiency and profitability.
• Prints sales orders for customer pickups.
• May complete delivery and customer pickup tickets at end of day.
• Process paperwork and perform additional administrative duties for the warehouse manager.
• Responsible for ongoing organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Review Dispatch Track Web Portal to ensure time frames are met.
• Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.
